Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of HEYO. By creating an account or using HEYO, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
HEYO provides AI-assisted speech and text translation. Translation can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on HEYO for emergencies, medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, safety-critical instructions, or any situation where an error could cause harm.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account inside the app.
3. Trials, memberships, and purchases
Some features or usage require a paid membership or pass. Prices, included usage, duration, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. One-time passes do not renew automatically. Restoring a purchase requires the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Apple handles billing and refunds for App Store purchases under Apple's terms and applicable law. HEYO may verify purchase receipts and limit access when a purchase expires, is refunded, or cannot be verified.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade usage limits, reverse engineer protected services, violate another person's rights, or use HEYO for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
5. Availability and changes
Internet access, microphone permission, supported hardware, and third-party services may be required. We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep paid access available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Intellectual property
HEYO and its software, branding, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, HEYO is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for decisions made from a translation or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

服务条款
本条款适用于你对 HEYO 的使用。创建账号或使用 HEYO，即表示你同意本条款和隐私政策。
1. 服务内容
HEYO 提供 AI 辅助的语音和文字翻译。翻译可能延迟、不完整或不准确。请勿把 HEYO 用于紧急情况、医疗诊断或治疗、法律建议、安全关键指令，或任何错误可能造成伤害的场景。
2. 账号
你应提供准确的注册信息、妥善保护登录凭证，并在发现未授权使用时通知我们。你需要对账号下的活动负责。你可以在 App 内删除账号。
3. 试用、会员与购买
部分功能或用量需要购买会员或时长卡。价格、包含用量、有效期和续费规则会在购买前展示。自动续费订阅由 Apple 扣款，除非在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消，否则会自动续费。你可以在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。一次性时长卡不会自动续费。恢复购买需要使用原购买所用的 Apple 账户。
App Store 购买的付款与退款由 Apple 按其条款和适用法律处理。HEYO 可以核验购买凭证；购买到期、退款或无法核验时，相关权益可能被限制。
4. 合理使用
你不得滥用服务、干扰服务运行、规避用量限制、逆向受保护服务、侵犯他人权利，或将 HEYO 用于违法、欺诈、骚扰或有害活动。
5. 可用性与变更
服务可能需要互联网、麦克风权限、受支持硬件和第三方服务。我们可能维护、改进、暂停或停止部分功能，并会合理努力保障付费权益，但不保证服务永不中断。
6. 知识产权
HEYO 的软件、品牌和服务设计受适用知识产权法律保护。本条款仅授予你个人、有限、可撤销、不可转让的 App 使用许可。
7. 免责声明与责任
在法律允许范围内，HEYO 按“现状”提供，不保证绝对连续或无错误。我们不对依据翻译作出的决定或间接、后果性损失负责。本条款不排除法律规定不得排除的权利或责任。
