Privacy Policy
HEYO is operated by 北京潮钛智能科技有限公司. HEYO processes speech and translations in real time to provide the service and does not save your audio, source text, or translated text to your account or its application database.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, membership, security, and translation access:
- Account information, including username and email address when you register by email.
- A protected identifier supplied by Apple when you use Sign in with Apple.
- Session, account role, membership status, trial usage, and administrative audit information.
- Store product, transaction, original transaction, purchase status, and expiration identifiers used to verify access. Apple or Google processes payment details for purchases made through its store; HEYO does not receive your full card information.
- Microphone audio while you actively use a voice translation mode.
2. How speech and translation are processed
When you start a voice feature, microphone audio and the selected language pair are transmitted through HEYO's service to Alibaba Cloud's Qwen real-time translation service. The provider processes this data to return speech recognition and translation results. HEYO displays the result on your device and may play translated audio when you request it.
HEYO does not use translation content for advertising and does not store audio, source text, or translated text in your account or application database. Temporary network processing may occur while a live session is active.
3. How we use information
- Provide real-time text and voice translation.
- Create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- Verify trials, memberships, purchases, and usage allowances.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the service.
- Respond to support, legal, and account deletion requests.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers required to operate HEYO, including Alibaba Cloud for AI translation, Apple for account sign-in and App Store purchases, Google for Google Play purchases, and infrastructure providers that host the service. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and entitlement records are kept while your account is active. Purchase and security records may be kept longer where needed for entitlement verification, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. Translation content is not retained by HEYO. To delete your account, open the account button in HEYO, choose “Delete account”, and confirm. Deletion removes your HEYO account and associated account records, subject to limited legal or security retention.
6. Your choices
You may deny microphone access, stop any live session, sign out, restore purchases, or delete your account in the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.
7. Personalization and advertising
HEYO does not display third-party advertising, perform advertising tracking, or use personal information for personalized recommendations.
8. Children and security
HEYO is not directed to children under 14. A child under 14 should use HEYO only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. A guardian may contact us to request deletion of a child's account information. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no network service can guarantee absolute security.

隐私政策
HEYO 由北京潮钛智能科技有限公司运营。HEYO 为提供服务而实时处理语音与翻译结果，不会把你的录音、原文或译文保存到账号或应用数据库中。
1. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息，包括用户名，以及使用邮箱注册时的邮箱地址。
- 使用“通过 Apple 登录”时由 Apple 提供的受保护标识符。
- 登录会话、账号角色、会员状态、试用用量和管理员操作审计信息。
- 用于核验权益的商店商品、交易、原始交易、购买状态及到期标识。通过 Apple 或 Google 商店完成的付款由相应商店处理，HEYO 不会取得完整银行卡信息。
- 你主动开启语音翻译模式期间的麦克风音频。
2. 语音与翻译如何处理
你开启语音功能后，麦克风音频和所选语言组合会通过 HEYO 服务传输给阿里云 Qwen 实时翻译服务，由其完成语音识别和翻译。结果会显示在设备上，并可在你要求时播放译文声音。
HEYO 不把翻译内容用于广告，也不会在账号或应用数据库中保存录音、原文或译文。实时会话期间可能发生必要的临时网络处理。
3. 信息用途
- 提供实时文字与语音翻译。
- 创建、保护账号并维持登录。
- 核验试用、会员、购买和用量额度。
- 防止滥用、排查故障并保护服务。
- 处理支持、法律和账号删除请求。
4. 信息共享
我们只向运行 HEYO 所必需的服务商提供信息，包括负责 AI 翻译的阿里云、负责账号登录与 App Store 购买的 Apple、负责 Google Play 购买的 Google，以及服务器基础设施提供商。我们不会出售个人信息。
5. 保存与删除
账号和权益记录会在账号有效期间保存。为核验权益、防欺诈、会计或遵守法律，部分购买和安全记录可能保存更久。HEYO 不保存翻译内容。如需注销账号，请在 HEYO 内点击账号按钮，选择“删除账号”并确认；除法律或安全所需的有限记录外，HEYO 账号及关联账号记录会被删除。
6. 你的选择
你可以拒绝麦克风权限、停止实时会话、退出登录、恢复购买或在 App 内删除账号，也可以联系我们申请访问、更正或删除账号数据。
7. 个性化与广告
HEYO 不展示第三方广告，不进行广告跟踪，也不会使用个人信息进行个性化推荐。
8. 未成年人保护与安全
HEYO 不专门面向 14 周岁以下儿童。14 周岁以下儿童应当在父母或其他监护人同意和指导下使用 HEYO；监护人可以联系我们删除儿童的账号信息。我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护信息，但任何网络服务都无法保证绝对安全。
